 Please note : -  I have the right to refuse washing a dog if I believe it is medically unwell or not in a fit state to be washed.

Also if I feel at all threatened by an aggressive dog, I will stop the service immediatley

Note:- while I do my best to quote for your service over the phone or through an email enquiry ,please be aware that it may alter when I see the dog itself(if the dog is heavily matted, or perhaps larger or smaller than explained etc)
